The hole in the wall, all sheet rocked in and wired for power. The 3/4 inch hardwood floor was fun for the first hour or so then it turned into a big ass job. of course the hardwood went into the living room and down the hall, over 1100 sq feet. But it does look nice and it feels great on the feet.
